Limited Warranty

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods (cabinetry parts and materials, including doors, drawer glides and hinges, accessory components and hardware), and only for physical goods, purchased from and installed by Londos Fine Cabinetry.

Warranty Coverage

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or operation under normal use during the duration of the warranty.

During the Warranty Period, Londos Fine Cabinetry  will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of material defects or operation, under normal use and maintenance.

Warranty Fulfillment 

Londos Fine Cabinetry will elect at its discretion to either repair or replace, free of charge, the defective material or component. 

Warranty Duration

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from and installed by Londos Fine Cabinetry) is 5 years from the date of installation completion. Limited Warranty is nontransferable. 

Warranty Limitations

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

  • Modifications by others to cabinetry or its components
  • Improper care and use of the cabinetry or its components including damage from chemical cleaners and hazardous materials, fire or water damage. 
  • Improper or nonexistent climate control at any or all times during or after the cabinetry has been installed. 
  • Warranty covers only parts and materials supplied and installed by Londos Fine Cabinetry and does not cover cost for labor, removal or re-installation of countertops, plumbing fixtures, appliances or related materials. 
  • If warranty claim is filed against obsolete, discontinued or changed product LFC will replace the parts under warranty with a similar style or finish. New items replaced may have slight variations with older products and may need to age naturally to match. 

Warranty Claims Process

Please email all warranty claims to customerservice@londosfinecabinetry.com . Claims should include photos and description of warranty issues, along with the customer’s name, property address and original builder/contractor information. 

  • Warranty is subject to termination if any balances for labor or materials are outstanding.
